Linking to the JNES web site
In principle, Internet web sites may link to the JNES web site (without seeking the permission of JNES.) However, if the contents or management of linking sites correspond to either one of the followings, their linking will be refused:

Privacy Policy
JNES never disclose on purpose any information and materials gathered from users that can identify an individual to third parties except for the following exceptional cases;

- When a disclosure of user's personal information to outside contractor is necessary to the extent necessary to perform the intended purpose clearly expressed to the user.
Access Log
The JNES web site records information of site visitors as access log. This access log contains IP addresses, Internet domain names, user's browser type, and access date and time, etc., but does not include any information that can identify an individual. The access log is used for maintenance of the web site and statistical analysis of the access trend, but not for other purposes than stated here.
